Jeremiah Weed Asks For Cyclist’s Apology

SAN FRANCISCO (GaeaTimes.com)- Its Memorial Day again and this time too there are several celebrations on the way. A drink which was favored by the fighter pilots in America, Jeremiah Weed surely has a historical significance in the country and probably that is why it is being used to honor the military in the United States. For those of us who are not aware, the Jeremiah Weed is a sweet tea vodka which was immensely popular among members of the United States Air Force.

Floyd Landis, a cyclist had earlier complained that it was this drink that was responsible for his testing positive in a drug test. The cyclist had said in a statement that he had consumed the Jeremiah Weed the night before the drug test was taken and it was this vodka which was responsible for the rise in his testosterone level for which he also had to give up his Tour de France champion title. However Floyd Landis has now accepted that it was not the Jeremiah Weed, but other drugs for which he had tested positive.

With the cyclist coming out in the open about his addiction with performance enhancing drugs, Mr. Weed issued a statement in a press release which he had called recently, saying that the world of whiskey needs an immediate apology from Floyd Landis. His opinion is that since the cyclist has accepted his fault, he must also come out in the open and apologize to the Jeremiah Weed brand which he has defamed in the past in spite of knowing that the brand was not responsible for his testing positive in the drug test.
